Geoff has been engaged in real estate sales and acquisitions since his graduation from law school. In the course of his career, he has set sales records as a commercial real estate broker, and he has acquired over 1,000 miles of pipeline right of way for Shell Pipeline Company and its affiliates.

Geoff’s training and experience as an attorney, dealmaker and project manager make him eminently qualified to handle all manner of commercial real estate transactions. He has successfully negotiated with landowners ranging from Fortune 500 Companies to estates containing over 100 heirs. Geoff has also obtained permits to construct industrial facilities in seven States, Brazil and the Gulf of Mexico from a full spectrum of federal, state and local agencies.
